Yes, these are custom made wallpapers so we could make them as per your wall size. You could either buy standard sizes, or square feet close to your wall size. You can send your wall dimensions for our team to guide you on what ideal size order to be placed.

Both are >200 GSM imported papers. The main difference between them is paper texture, non woven paper has satin/soft feel, wherein canavs has texture feel. Both can be cleaned with wet cloth and are easy to maintain. Colors are clear, vibrant, but non-glossy.

You could either select non woven soft feel paper or canvas. Both are high quality, sturdy, and easy to clean and maintain. Canvas has texture finish so gives slightly more premium finish.

For many of designs it is possible to change colors, however there are some designs wherein color change is not possible. Please share shortlisted designs on whatsapp +91-9051019637 to know more.

Please note color changes can only be done when order is placed. If you would like to see samples of those colors, we would happy to send samples to your place on paid basis.

Our expertise is to create bespoke designs. However additional design chares will be applicable to create a new design. Charges will vary based on design efforts required to make such a design.

We accept credit cards, debit cards, wallet, UPI, netbanking as payment options. Cash is not accepted. We also do not have COD option.

No we dont have COD option. Payment is made online before printing & dispatch.

Our wallpapers will require professional installation, we do not do installation. However, our customer support team can connect you to local installers (in select cities) who could provide installation on paid basis, they generally cost (Rs 15/20 per sqft). In some places they charge higher amount in tune of Rs 25/sqft.

We do not provide installation or wall preparation, however for installation our customer support team can connect you to local installers (in select cities) who could provide paid installation. In general wall preparation is to be done by a painter.

1- Wall should be well prepared with putty and oil primer (1 litre mixed with 300 ml enamel paint) for wallpaper installation. This has to be done by client, this is not included in installation scope of work. This ensure proper adhesion. 

2- Wall should be free of any seepage or deformities. Seepage spoils wallpaper. Fankari will not be responsible for any issues with wallpaper if wall has any seepage.

3- Ladder should be provided at the site for installation. For ceiling and double higher, scaffolding should be provided by client. 

4- Site should be clear with no dirt or any other work happening in the same room.

Additional charges will apply in case installer has reached site, but work can’t be done as site is not ready. We request you to please confirm above prior to installation scheduling. In case you require any inputs, please send us text.

If you are know wall area, then you may order specific size on our website. You may also contact us if you require any assistance in measurements. Our team will be happy to do a video call to guide you for the measurements. 

Once order is placed, our design team will share a print preview file along with digital mockup on your walls (we would need full front view picture of your wall). Once you confirm, we will courier it to your place. Our local team will then coordinate for installation in case we have installation services available in your citiy.

You can measure full height from skirting till ceiling point (till the point you wish to get wallpaper). Width would be maximum width of your wall. In case there is any window or door, you may contact our team on WhatsApp who will calculate net area for you. Please note not entire area for window or door can be excluded as wallpaper is printed in specific panel sizes. 

In case you need assistance, we could do a video call to guide you with the measurements.

If you require someone to visit and do measurements for you, it could be arranges in major cities on paid basis. Rs 400-600 for measurement visits to be paid to installers.

We dont keep physical samples locally. However you could order samples online.

You will be able to order A4 size physical sample online by selecting sample set from paper type dropdown. We will send same design on both non-woven and canvas paper options. Samples are sent on paid basis. However if you place order for that design, sample amount will get adjusted against that design main order only.

These are easy to maintain wallpapers. You can clean them with dry or wet cloth. Please dont use any chemicals.

No, these are single use wallpapers. These can be removed easily without major issues with the wall. However, these can not be reused.

If size is bigger than 40 inches for your wallpapers, it will come in multiple panels. When they are pasted side by side they will form a seamless pattern on your wall. 

Its not possible to send large size in single panels and also they can not be pasted easily hence they come in multiple panels.

Once order is placed we take 1-3 working days to prepare print preview file depending on customisation requirements. Once print preview if confirmed by you, we print and send it your place. Depending on location and shipping option selected, it may take 3-8 working days. 

If installation support is provided in your city, our team will help you schedule it on paid basis. Installation generally takes 2-3 hours for each wall.

Wallpaper and paint are two different media types which use different color/pigments. Its not possible to match colors. However they could be similar or of same color family. We shall not be liable for color difference. In case you wish to check physical samples, it can be arranged on paid basis for you. Samples will be sent to your place on paid basis.
